You're invited to take part in Old Union Church's apple dumpling making day
this Friday! No experience is required; we offer on-the-job training to
make the best apple dumplings around! This is all in preparation for the
Mars Applefest on Saturday.
Apple peelers will start at 8:00, and dough-rollers will begin at 8:30. We
expect to be done by lunchtime. If you're not able to spend the whole
morning with us, stop in for an hour or so anyway. If you aren't
physically able to help, come anyway and join in the fellowship!
If you love to bake but can't join us on Friday, consider baking a pie for
us to sell at the booth on Saturday. Our pies always go fast, and apple
pies are a favorite! Be sure to drop them off at the church by Friday
evening.
