Hola OWL'ers,
My name is Bre, I've been teaching at Crater for three years & have loved
every moment of it! If your interested in being at the forefront of OWL
happenings, having an incredibly supportive school wide & local OWL PLC
network, and living in beautiful Southern Oregon with sunshine, mountains,
trails, and rivers at your fingertips, we are the place for you. It is
actually my position that is being advertised. I couldn't imagine a better
place to work. Crater BIS is doing some really progressive things, our
students are excited to learn, unique, funny, and capable, and our staff is
full of rock stars. The sophomore & OWL teachers at Crater have supported
me as a new teacher in my challenges and successes by helping me reflect on
what's working and maybe not, brainstorming & problem solving specific
classroom management/curriculum/strategies questions I've had, and
finally sharing
their knowledge and input with me when I was ready for it. The mentoring I
was seeking was fulfilled more than I could have ever expected.
