One app, which is great, is called Apps en español - it updates you on what's
out there.
Next, tBear Media - it allows you to watch Spanish television (even Discovery
Channel!) (it also pipes in Al Jazeera and BBC World Service in English)
Lastly: Logos Quiz Famosos - a memory game with famous stars. You have to guess
the star, and if you don't know who it is, it gives you three help buttons,
which tell you something about the person's life to jog your memory.
These are the latest I've tried, but also check out:
remind101 - allows you to send text messages to students.
Planbook - great way to plan for classes.
Stickpick - allows you to pick randomized students.
SpanishTT - a grammar based translation app, but pretty fun for students.
Apalabrados - a spanish scrabble game played over the internet
