Hi, it could be they are HD adds and those tend to be louder then older adds. As for changing volumes If I am correct you have a xp computer and those you can't adjust individual volumes it is all under one.

Hi. This never used to happen, but since a few weeks ago, every time I turn on my windows xp laptop, ads play very loudly and make it very hard to here jaws or nvda. I have tried turning the volume down but it will not turn down. I also uninstalled the program I thought was causing the problem, but the ads still play. When I disconnect the computer from the internet, it is easier to here my screen reader because the ads do not play when I am not on the internet. So when I am using the computer and do not need the internet, I disconnect the internet. However, when I try to do stuff on the internet the ads play and they are way louder then the screen reader. I can still here the screen reader, but it is very hard. I can not turn down the ads or turn up the screen reader. Please help.
