Drag down, flick right to invoke talkback global context menu, and then move around to find suspend talkback on top left, confirm yes, but, first make sure under talkback settings - might be under developer settings therein, that it's set to then reactivate talkback after you then turn the screen off/on again.

There are some games, but, not too many that I know off, but, off-hand, for an interactive fiction game, look for colossal cave adventure, otherwise, there's lock pick, audio archery, and three games that are supposed to be blind-friendly - BFG golf, BFG minesweeper, and another form of action game by that same developer - but seems like you need to suspend talkback for those games to even try work, etc.
