The WAD seems to cause ZDoom 1.23 to freeze when loading levels so I am unable
to test with that version. ZDoom 2.x appears to handle the transfer-height
sector in MAP01 properly. It may be worth investigating any differences between
the ZDoom 1.23 transfer-height code (R_FakeFlat in r_bsp.cpp) with that of
ZDoom 2.x.
