Adding the bit of code for in common\d_main.cpp allows Odamex to detect the
Steam version of The Master Levels. The provided CFG I attached can be added to
odamex (or available for download) to set up Master Level servers easily.

The map rotation is based off of the PS3 Doom Classic version of he Master
Levels.
