It appears that barrels are the only mobj that can move (via damaging it) that
is not considered either a monster or a player.  Because of oversight, there
was no code in the server to send clients an update on the position of barrels.
 r2585 changes the server's monster position update code to include barrels as
well as monsters.

Please test and confirm.
