The patch above seems to apply cleanly against 0.5.6. However, I have found a
bug. If you are on the last map of a maplist and decide to add a map (why not,
keep the rotation going, right?), going to the next level takes you to the
first map instead of the newly added map. This is because MapListPosition
(which really should be called NextMapPosition) does not update in this
instance.
Will fix in an upcoming patch.
