Simply- add the ability to hide the scoreboard.
For example: if hud_scalescoreboard 0 hides the scoreboard all together
instead of making it as small as possible. Or if there were sum
hud_scoreboard_transparency CVAR.
This would help especially for making movies, as currently the scoreboard is
always shown upon death (not good!)
