r4963 makes the suggested change. When loading the mouse_type CVAR from a
configuration file, values of 2.0 will automatically be converted to 1.0 = the
new value for ZDoom mouse type.

Note:
07:58 < dr_sean> nub_hat: a word of warning regarding your mouse configuration:
If you play using a SVN build now and you have the ZDoom mouse type, the
mouse_type cvar value will be changed from 2 to 1
07:59 < dr_sean> this will cause your mouse values to get screwed up if you
then play the 0.7.0 release build
07:59 < dr_sean> so to avoid that, just switch to the Doom mouse type before
playing a SVN build
07:59 < dr_sean> there is no difference in how the mouse behaves (Doom vs
ZDoom)
