Thank you, Robin, for bringing to our attention the opportunity to support GED
earners better, and the documentation requirements that will allow us to ensure
our data reflect the student experience accurately.
The GED testing service site provides summary information for GED recipients.
In short, a score of 175 or above on a section of the test may enable students
to be eligible to receive college-level credit in a single subject. For
specific recommendations about credit that may be awarded in each subject area,
refer to the detailed table in the document from GED Testing Service, posted by
Central Ohio Technical College.
