If you haven't emailed Ben/Olga/Bonnie, you might want to do that. Ben is
there, and responded to me - but I don't know if he knows anyone else is having
issues.

Hi, all -
I have been unable to upload Student for Spring, so of course I can go no
further - I'm hitting an error that simply says they've "encountered an
unexpected error" and nothing else seems to happen. I have put in a helpdesk
ticket, which the error page suggested, and I've also alerted Olga/Ben/Bonnie.
But I was wondering if anyone else has had issues submitting this term to D4A,
or if you have been able to get things through okay?
