Hi, all -
Bill asked in meeting this morning if these were going to be considered
completions, and I need to correct what I said in meeting, because I have a
more complete/correct answer now.
As of 2022-23, the MTM's will be in webforms for RCC and will be available as
awardable degrees, and will be reported as completions.
The CTM will be treated like the Oregon Transfer Module and it will NOT be an
awardable degree or be counted/reported as a completion.

I'm being told that the Core Transfer Map is kind of the subset of the MTM,
mostly basic courses, and it helps me to think of this that way in this regard.
