As a rookie birder, I second that nomination. I like to use head shape, when
I can, to separate Cooper's and Sharp-shinned. This bird has the head shape
of a Cooper's and, to me, doesn't come close to the head shape of a
Sharp-shinned. So, at least to me, it follows that if it doesn't look like a
sharpie, then it doesn't look like its cousin the White-breasted. But I've
been wrong before.
