We went to the overlook over the south jetty on Beach Loop road Bandon
Coos Co and had great visibility between 1130 and 115PM. There was a
nice feeding flock offshore with a number of SOOTY SHEARWATERS. We had
one bird that appeared to be a BLACK-VENTED SHEARWATER, and there may
have been others but we did not have any very close or with great views.
