The trees are cut all the way in on the trail, to the point where you
overlook Tillamook Bay and then loop around back, also cut before the trail
where the private property is. I had thought this was a protected wetlands,
would like to know more, at the risk of being booted too boo, it is not
pretty. Just wondered if there was some sort of wetlands plan? Some of
these trees were very big old ones, Thanks, when I get home will have to
look into this more. See buffleheads, common mergansers, golden eyes, & a
bit of sunshine

conservation entity now owns the property. The house at the end of the
road on the Wilson River was included in the sale. The house was
originally a barn that had been moved to the river front many years ago.
It is possible that trees are being cut down to move the house again by
whatever owner it now has or by someone who purchased it from that
organization. I am speculating on the reason that trees have been cut.

Black Phoebe's, heard many singing Marsh wrens, heard a red shouldered
hawk, and now hearing a singing black-capped chickadee, also many waterfowl
and King fishers
