[obol] personalized eBird bar charts

Undoubtedly many of you have wondered at the fact the eBird frequency
barcharts seem to live in some forgotten basement of the website that
hasn't been touched in decades. In fact, there's even a meme going around
about that in the context of the recent redesign of the entire rest of the
site.
Something I've always wished that page could do was to hide species that
I've seen to let me focus on just my target species for a region. Recently
I found myself sufficiently frustrated that this functionality didn't exist
that I just decided to do it myself, and then I figured that if this was
something I was interested in, there were probably some other Oregon
birders who would also find it useful. The result is here:

If you are an eBird user in Oregon, this page will let you select an Oregon
county, provide a life or year list to filter, and select a time of year to
sort by, and it will generate for you a customized bar chart of observation
frequencies. For the more visually oriented, here's an example output of
my personal county year-list targets sorted by likelihood in April:
