The hummer activity at our feeders 3 miles east of Waldport went way up two
weeks ago and has remained crazy since. We have two quart-size feeders and are
refilling both twice per day.

maybe every 4 or 5 days (we have quite a few hummers around year-round).
Anyhow, when i get home in the afternoon I have to fill 3 out of 4 of them

Our hummingbird feeders were nearly dead during the month of May. Then
four days ago or so, the activity at the feeder suddenly increased.
Then yesterday all hell broke loose, and today the feeders are swarming
with both SELASPHORUS and ANNA'S HUMMINGBIRDS. There are even adult
males of ALLEN'S and ANNA'S here.
This is north of Bandon, Coos Cty.
Where were they the last 4 weeks or so?
