Folks,
Sorry to say, I have heard (so far) from 3 people who submitted Listing
Results, whose submissions did not reach me. I had no way of knowing that
these people weren't just not reporting. A fair number of birders do that
each year.
If other people out there are in the same situation, please let me know and
send me your numbers. We'll try to make things right.
Going forward, please know this.
1. The automated system sends feedback to each person who submits. However,
a couple people got that feedback, and I didn't get the numbers. :(
2. I do not send an acknowledgment of each submission as they come in.
Please don't expect that from me.
3. In early March I do send a proof sheet to everyone whose numbers I enter.
If you don't get such a proof sheet, you should get suspicious.
Hoping we can set this right.
