Saw this curious spotted towhee at Fogarty State Park near Boiler Bay Jan. 2nd.
See the link below. It rooted around for several minutes with its tail fanned
out the whole time. Finally got tired of waiting to see if it could fly.
Not a lot of action on a blustery day at Boiler Bay/Fogarty Park besides some
big crashing waves.

common murre - 1
surf scoter - 1
hermit thrush - 1
fan tail towhee - 1
oregon juncos - 6
steller's jay - 1
gulls - many varieties (wish I was better at identifying them)
