The Matine Science Center reported 4.43 inches for yesterday, and another 0.46
sinc midnight. We got over an inch in a single houor mid-moning yestyerday.
You almost always get more inland in the Coast Range, but not that big a
difference this time.

Coastal spots will have so much standing water the ducks will be widely
scattered, which makes for tougher CBC's, if it persists.
