It is likely that Manx Shearwater is breeding in Washington State. I still
remember Richard Rowlett's posting to Tweeters from 2008 as if it was yesterday.

There have been many summer sightings near Destruction Island (off Ruby Beach
south of Folks) since, so it is highly probable that they are breeding there. I
can't say I remember whether a nest was actually ever found though.
