Working off data from the Corvallis CBC from 2002 onwards, there's a clear
demarcation between the results before and after 2010. Between 2002 and 2010,
the high count was 239 in 2006 and low was 137 in 2003. Since then, the median
average has been around 90 with a low of 61 in 2014. This year's total of 85 is
near average for this decade. I'm not sure, offhand, when the historic high of
422 was set.

Looking through count history, we had very high numbers in 1990 (166), 2001
(139) and then this year 2015 (about 140). This contrasts to more
expected numbers of about 25 total. The count history low was *3 *in
2007.
Just an observation, wondering about other results.
