Apologizes. My GPS on the phone gave incorrect coordinates. This Tufted
duck was seen on Saturday at Pintail Marsh in Ankeny. Lesson learned to
always double check ebird mobile app coordinates before sending.

of Evergreen Creek. So I'm wondering if this could be the Tufted Duck
that turned up briefly at the Stoneybrook retirement villae pond in SW
Corvallis last month (reported some time after the fact, but which was
apparently an adult male).
It sounds like this might be in the Evergreen Mitigation Bank, which is
a private property but partly viewable from Bellfountain Rd. (for
directions and further info see Site A10 on the Alsea Loop of the
Willamette Valley Birding Trail).
