The Common Ground-Dove was present and nearly continuously in sight from 1 - 3
PM.
It is fairly calm and approachable but did flush a few times when people and/or
dogs got too close, or moved quickly.
At 1 PM it was feeding beside the house at 771 Driftwood, Yachats when flushed
it flew into the Master Gardeners' garden across Driftwood, then across 7th to
the church parking lot, then to the alley or street behind the church, and soon
returned to 771 Driftwood, where it was when I departed.
By plumage, it appears to be an adult male.
