[obol] Where have all the raptors gone?

I did my raptor run (Corvallis-Albany E of the river, north of Hwy 34 out to 
Columbus). There were far fewer birds than I have counted on this route before 
in the 9 times I have done it. Didn’t even have a TV. 

Hope this isn’t a trend…..
