The Eugene Wednesday birders went to the Delta Ponds. It was cold and
foggy but the visibility was good for several hundred yards. We parked at
the north end of the ponds and spent more than an hour on the trail leading
east from the parking lot. A few in the group headed home afterwards,
while Tom and I continued around the big loop to the river and back.
