Clear skies.  Temp 14 - 35.  Golf Course Rd fogged.Many robins, few cedar 
waxwings in Enterprise.  Merlin seen.Large falcon glimpsed again at bottom of 
OK Gulch, only Kestrels & a rough-leg on Zumwalt Rd.Grand views of Seven 
Devils, Wallowas.Ferruginous Hawk on high power line seen from Repplinger Rd.2 
Golden Eagles on Elk Mt. Rd.Harris Sparrow at Weick ranch on Elk Mt Rd.  We 
will return to seek Am Tree Sparrows there tomorrow.Paul Sullivan
