Thick fog all day for Enterprise, Crow Cr, Zumwalt.Sunshine for Joseph, Wallowa 
Lake, Ferguson ski area.Temps 22 - 33.Good number of Red-tails, Rough-legs, 
Bald Eagles, plus N Harriet, Prairie Falcon.  One large falcon disappeared in 
the fog at OK Gulch.Few cedar waxwings in Joseph.  No Bohemians or other 
desired species.Hope for Sun tomorrow.Paul Sullivan
