Hi! I’m Anika and am a junior at Tualatin High School. I am an avid birder and
am hoping to be an environmental scientist focused on ornithology and avian
behavior when I get older. I am currently take a course through the high school
focused on environmental science, and we are looking for volunteers to lead
bird walks for high school students during their environmental science class
period. I cannot give any specific dates just yet, however we are hoping for a
bird walk in the fall, winter, and spring. Because we have four classes of
environmental science, the bird walks would be about an hour and a half each
from 8-3 with about 15 students per walk. If you are at all interested in
leading one of these walks or have any questions, please email me directly (not
