Casey Cunningham relocated the Tufted Duck along Minter Bridge Rd mid morning
(45.486733, -122.983178). This is on the back side of Jackson Bottom in
Hillsboro.
At Fernhill Wetlands, Paul Sullivan and I had 2 Black Phoebes, 4 Trumpeter
Swans, a Eurasian Wigeon and a Virginia Rail.
We added the continuing Red-shouldered Hawk at Emma Jones Wildlife Area. Best
viewing facing west is from here: 45.486733, -122.983178. A pair of Cinnamon
Teal were in the pond across the street.
