Hi,

At 9:45 AM this morning (10/15), Chuck Philo is watching a Tropical
Kingbird flycatching by flying out from a spruce tree at the southwest
end of Yaquina Bay State Park. It is in a spruce between the
Observation Deck overlooking the Yaquina Bay jetties and the Yaquina
Bay Lighthouse.
