As reported to the "Lincoln Co. Birding & Nature Observing" email
list, Tom Wainwright saw a "Tropical Kingbird moving among the spruce
tops along the Hatfield Marine Science Center nature trail, Newport,
10:00 am this morning [Oct. 22]. Also, two eagles hunting wigeons
over Idaho Flats (missed one, then left)."
