Hi,
Since I posted the eBird report, Chuck Philo saw it for a few minutes this
afternoon at 2:15 before it flew off again. This continues to be a very
unpredictable bird to see.
The eBird Checklist listed below includes the 2 photos that Chuck took on
Feb. 22 that I tried to post to OBOL this morning.

- Comments: "Chuck Philo first saw this female Common Redpoll at his
feeders on Jan. 25, and he did not see it again until Feb. 21. On Feb. 22,
the redpoll returned, and Chuck took these photographs. But it is very
unpredictable in appearing. Janet Lamberson saw it on on Feb. 22 and has
looked since then and not found it. One other birder has also looked for
it unsuccessfully, and Chuck has looked for it diligently on Feb. 23-25,
and it has not returned. Sometimes it has been with Pine Siskins and
sometimes not. It is small-billed, has red forehead, streaked flanks, and
in attached ML24917671 photo appears to show some streaked undertail
coverts."
