[obol] Three-toed WP south of Sisters

Don Sutherland found a Three-toed Woodpecker at the Three Creeks Lake
Campground 15 miles south of Sisters today around 12:00PM. I was there but
I'm slower than Don. We watched it for a half hour as it fed in the area,
sometimes only 2 feet off the ground. Ebird seems to be down now so I'll
post a pic here.
