Along with the singing song sparrows, red-winged blackbirds, and marsh wren
another spring observation today in the Newport/Waldport area was 5 pigeon
guillemots at Yaquina Head. Eight long-tailed ducks in one field of view at
Yaquina Bay wasn’t too shabby either, but not necessarily attributable to the
spring! What a great day.
