It isn't really "pathetic" that Ebird thinks 3 Snow Geese are too many. The
filters which determine whether a bird is regular or rare and how many are
to be expected at any one time are a work in progress and are constantly
being adjusted on a county-by-county basis. I don't know what the Tillamook
County filter is, but hypothetically, it could be set to go to 500 birds on
February 15th. I'm sure the reviewer will look at the Snow Geese in his
rarities que and say, "time to adjust the filter for that one."

EBird thought that was too many Snow Geese for this time of year. Any
other ID ideas? Thanks.

That is pretty strange for "EBird" to think 3 is too many..pathetic. If
the white geese looked the size of the Cackling Geese they were likely
Ross'.
