I heard strange (i.e. like Black-throated Gray, but not) singing here Tuesday, 
and finally was able to get clear looks at the Hermit Warbler(s) in the tall 
firs near the house. 

They are more often seen here in the late summer than in the spring and not 
always singing where I can see. 

There are newly arrived Macgillivray's Warbs singing around the house and 
hillside, but they do breed here, so not a surprise.
