[obol] Say's phoebe, tree, violet-green and barn swallows at Stiegerwald Lake NWR, Clark Co, WA

As part of WOS field trip led by Randy Hill we had an interesting afternoon at 
Stiegerwald Lake NWR.  We found at least 250 tree, 2 violet-green and a single 
barn swallows forging over the wetlands.  Also a Say's phoebe was found at the 
west most barn along the dike trial.
