Around 1 PM today, on my way home from covering a patch of
the Brownsville CBC circle this morning, I saw a SAY'S
PHOEBE on the SE side of Ward Butte, where one has been
reported earlier this winter.
Unfortunately -- checking the maps now -- it looks like the
phoebe was just half mile north of the edge of the circle.
Hopefully someone will find another one inside the circle!
A few miles north of there, 250 or more mostly large
gulls were wheeling in the air about half a mile south of
Glaser Dr, east of Seven Mile lane, a little too far out
of scope range.
