[obol] Sabine's Gull at Yaquina Bay South Jetty

Hi - 

In fairly strong winds this afternoon an adult Sabine's Gull (breeding plumage) 
was on the water off the south jetty, off the "gull spot." 

Also present were a few hundred Surf Scoters in tight flocks doing synchronous 
diving, 18+ Harlequin Ducks.
