This morning, I had an adult SNOW BUNTING on the water's edge at Broughton
Beach. The bird was actively running around and foraging next to a log,
just about 100 or so feet west of the gull roost. About 10 minutes later, I
met several other birders, who searched for the bird. I am unsure whether
they were able to find the bird. It will probably be worthwile to check the
entire sandy stretch of the beach, as the bird was presumably flushed from
the gull roost area by beachgoers.

Also of note at the beach were an adult Herring Gull, a dozen Horned Larks,
and a Snow Goose.
The Clay-colored Sparrow was not present.
