More Rock Sandpipers than I have seen in one place in decades. The last record
I know of for Lane County was in 2015. The last time I saw ONE in Lane was
2008. A bird that was annual here in the 1970s and 1980s, albeit in very small
numbers. My understanding is that the Cape Arago flock is no longer there on a
regular basis.
