Yesterday's reported bird is a female Black-throated Gray. Blood relatives
have borrowed both my copies of Sibley(l'm only guessing, it wasn't a
mutual atrangement)and l was reluctant to do extensive research on my
smartphone in the field. After weeks of flawless mobile eBird l kept losing
it on my phone yesterday, having to reset, which would have been fine if l
was alone. But l was hearding( cats ) in addition to birding.
Black-throated Gray is a dandy species on any Oregon CBC. The Russians
figured it out a long time ago,"The Morning is wiser than the Evening."lpn
