[obol] Redhead at Yaquina Bay South Jetty

Hi,

At 12:45 PM this afternoon (11/28) at the Yaquina Bay South Jetty , Chuck
Philo saw a male Redhead with a flock of Surf Scoters and maybe two teal
between the 1st and 2nd rock "fingers" west of the Yaquina Bay Bridge.
 Redhead have become uncommon in Lincoln County, and most have been farther
upstream.
