Hello, this is the Audubon Society of Portland Rare Bird Report This report

The two Eastern Bluebirds continue at the Dhama Rain Zen Center in northeast
Portland. The McFadden Marsh Bean Goose at Finley NWR, the Clatsop Beach
McKay¹s Bunting, the Ona Beach State Park Magnolia Warbler Continue to be
seen. The Sedge Wren at the Waite Ranch near Florence is still being seen.
On December 19 a Virginia¹s warbler was photographed in Brookings. Two
Cattle Egrets were reported December 19 near Tillamook.
A conspicuous movement of Ancient Murrelets was observed during the week
along the Oregon Coast.
Birds reported from Christmas Bird Counts during the week included a Chat on
the Roseburg Count, a Tree Swallow in the Illinois Valley, two Barn
Swallows and a Yellow Warbler on the Columbia Estuary Count, and a female
Black-throated Blue Warbler on the Coos Bay County.
