Hello, this is the Audubon Society of Portland Rare Bird Report. This report

On January 17 a LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL was photographed at the D River in
Lincoln City. The Coos Bay KING EIDER continues as does the CLAY-COLORED
SPARROW coming to a Bandon feeder.
On January 13 two BARN SWALLOWS were at Hagg Lake south of Forest Grove. Two
were seen the next day along the Lincoln County coast. A TREE SWALLOW was in
Eugene January 16.
A CASSIN'S FINCH was reported January 17 at a northeast Portland feeder. A
RED-NAPED SAPSUCKER was in southwest Portland January 12. The Mt. Tabor
BOHEMIAN WAXWING continues to be seen. 113 BALD EAGLES were at the Tangent
roost January 14. A pair of CINNAMON TEAL were at the Philomath Sewage Ponds
January 12. A flock of 75 SNOW GEESE were in the Eugene area January 16. A
flock of 14 was on Nehelem Meadows January 12. A flock of 64 WHITE PELICANS
were at Fern Ridge Reservoir January 16.
On January 15 six LAPLAND LONGSPURS were among a Horned Lark flock north of
Madras.
