Hi Obolers,
Yesterday (9/4) in Umatilla County at the McNary Dam Wildlife Area I had a
very probable breeding/winter female TENNESSEE WARBLER in a mixed flock
here: 45.9321160, -119.3052528. Plumage/habitat details are on my checklist
under Warbler sp:

Given that this would appear to be a Umatilla Co. first, and I don't have
extensive experience with the species, I am currently hesitant to call it
as TEWA although that was my initial impression and I saw it twice over the
course of 30 minutes. After more research, I may change to full species
over the next few days.
I apologize for the delay in reporting, but if anyone is in the area over
the next few days, it might be worth it to check.
Also, at nearby Cold Springs NWR, three Stilt Sandpipers were in with the
other shorebirds.
