After review by eBird reviewer, we have changed this sighting to Loon Species.
Although the bill looked completely and consistently pale, and at times
appeared to be held in an upward stance, the consensus was that the shape of
the bill and overall coloration of the bird is more consistent with Common
Loon. Apologies.

that appeared similar to a Common but had a distinctly pale bill in continued
observation and photographs (these from computer screen). Will post slightly
better versions to eBIrd. Observed looking north from the south most
observation area up the dune at the Cape.
